This session with Everyone’s Invited offered a powerful introduction to the key influences shaping young people’s relationships today. From pornography, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and gaming, to the rise of online misogyny – and how these can reinforce harmful norms around control, consent, coercion, and abusive behaviours within relationships.

This Insight Hour webinar highlighted the many impacts of these issues, and why they matter in the workplace. Drawing on research and frontline experience, it provided practical insight and strategies to help organisations respond to concerns and better support parents, carers, and early-career employees.

You can find additional resources from Everyone’s Invited here (or click on the link below), which may help guide conversations on online harms with children and young people.

EIDA’s Insight Hour webinars are free lunchtime webinars open to all employees of EIDA member organisations. You can check if your employer is a member here.
