Domestic abuse policy review 

Ensure your domestic abuse policy is aligned with best practice. We’ll support you to draft your domestic abuse policy, or to review and refresh your existing approach and offer tailored recommendations. This includes:  

  • Reviewing your draft policy (time taken will vary depending on the length and complexity) 
  • Follow-up call and review meeting

 

Workshop facilitation

We will guide your team through a focused, action-oriented session on how to implement an effective domestic abuse response tailored to your organisation. This includes:  

  • Preparation 
  • Facilitating a workshop  
  • Follow-up call

 

Consultation

Bespoke advice tailored to your organisation’s needs, from strategic planning to culture change. This includes:  

  • Flexible hourly support 
  • Delivered online or in person

 

Awareness-raising session 

Raise awareness and build understanding among your employees with a ‘Lunch and Learn’ style session. Our sessions are engaging and impactful and can be held on-line or in person, with insights from victim-survivors’ lived experience. This includes:  

  • Preparation 
  • 1- to 1.5-hour live session 
  • Follow-up comms

 

Foundation Programme [for two attendees]

Our flagship programme providing a deeper dive into developing a robust and effective workplace response to domestic abuse. An in-person roundtable format where you join other employers, sharing learnings and insights. This includes:  

  • Preparation 
  • Two-dayprogramme (in person)  
  • Follow-up review call
