To tackle domestic abuse most effectively, it must be approached in the round, by working with perpetrators to stop their behaviour, as well as supporting those who are abused.
This session brought together experts in the field to dispel some of the assumptions and myths surrounding perpetrators; to explore some scenarios that employers may find themselves in; and to share best practice. Our panel included:
