Small organisations play a vital role in supporting employees experiencing domestic abuse, but often have fewer resources to implement a workplace response.

This free webinar introduced a range of free and fully funded tools and training available across the UK to help small organisations take practical action. We showcased EIDA’s SME e-learning resource, a funded training opportunity from Rise for Change funded by Vodafone Foundation, and the AXA Safe Spaces online training.

Whether you are a small organisation, a local council, or a larger employer with a small business network, this session provided practical resources you can use or share with others.

If you were unable to attend, or would like to revisit the resources shared, you can access them below to support your organisation – or others in your network – to create safe and supportive environments for employees affected by domestic abuse.
