How can employers best raise awareness of domestic abuse and its impacts? What useful materials are already available for employers with limited in-house communications resources?

In this session, we will hear from communications and campaigning experts, alongside leading EIDA employer members, about what makes workplace campaigns on domestic abuse impactful.

We will explore how to develop campaigns that engage colleagues across different demographics, roles, and regions, and share practical approaches to engage and support your whole workforce. We’ll also look ahead to the 16 Days of Activism 2026 and how employers can use this global campaign to raise awareness, encourage workplace conversations, and signpost colleagues to support.

EIDA will share resources and ideas for members to use for this year’s 16 Days of Activism campaign, helping you plan your activity and make the most of the opportunity to engage your workforce.
