Rebrand will “reinvigorate and reposition the Employers’ Initiative” for a new social and political climate

We have unveiled a radical new look and feel as part of a major brand refresh.
Elizabeth Filkin CBE, EIDA Chair, said:
“The Employers’ Initiative is driven by a commitment to enabling ever more UK employers to take action on domestic abuse. It is this mission that informed this rebrand work, and guided us throughout.
“Our aim was to reinvigorate our brand, and repositioning the organisation in a new social and political climate. I believe we have done this in a way that remains true to our past endeavours, but better equips us as we continue our work.”
The changes come in the middle of a busy year for the Employers’ Initiative, which has seen us incorporate as a non-profit company, our membership soar to almost 300 employers, and some of our key recommendations incorporated into the development of the Domestic Abuse Bill.
Our newly launched website showcases our logo, look, and feel, alongside a new suite of content and engagement tools. It will provide a platform for further growth and innovation ahead of our flagship conference in October this year.
Elizabeth Filkin CBE added:
“It is important to remember that it’s not just our look that’s changed. We have a sharper than ever focus on what drives us, and a clear message framing everything we do - Domestic abuse. It’s all our business.
“This launch is not an end point, but an important first step on a journey we will take together with our members and supporters. Our work has never been more important – and our ability to affect real and lasting change is within our grasp.
“Over the weeks and months ahead, we will have further news about the changes we will be making to raise awareness of domestic abuse amongst all employees and support those affected by domestic abuse.”
