Serco becomes an EIDA Strategic Partner

The Employers’ Initiative on Domestic Abuse (EIDA) is delighted to welcome Serco as a Strategic Partner. Serco is a global company providing public services to governments within a wide variety of industries, employing over 50,000 people globally. They join EIDA’s growing group of Strategic Partners, and are a White Ribbon-accredited employer.

“We are very pleased to welcome Serco as EIDA’s newest Strategic Partner. We look forward to joining forces with them as they develop their workplace response to domestic abuse, and hope that their leading example will inspire other employers to take action to support their employees.”  – Susan Bright, CEO of EIDA

“We have already begun drawing on EIDA’s expertise to shape internal awareness materials and communications. Resources such as Jaswant Nawal’s guidance on how colleagues can safely support someone experiencing abuse have been fundamental in strengthening how we raise awareness and support our people. By working with EIDA, we will continue to raise awareness, signpost resources, and equip managers to respond safely and consistently.” – Shaun Stacey, Serco’s Chief People and Culture Officer for UK and Europe

EIDA’s Strategic Partners are employers that take effective action on domestic abuse and are committed to driving positive change within their sectors. They also help to keep EIDA membership free and accessible for smaller organisations that may otherwise not have the resources to implement a workplace response to domestic abuse.
