Sellafield Ltd becomes an EIDA Strategic Partner

We are delighted to welcome Sellafield Ltd as a Strategic Partner. Sellafield Ltd is a nuclear decommissioning and waste management site with over 11,000 employees in the UK. They join EIDA’s Strategic Partner programme as leaders in the nuclear industry, promoting the safety and wellbeing of employees impacted by domestic abuse.

We are very pleased to welcome Sellafield Ltd as EIDA’s newest Strategic Partner. Sellafield is a powerful ally in the nuclear sector, and we look forward to joining forces with them as they develop their workplace response to domestic abuse. We will also collaborate with Sellafield Ltd to help more businesses in the Northwest of England to take effective action on domestic abuse.

I am delighted to share that we have joined EIDA as a Strategic Partner. This demonstrates Sellafield Ltd’s commitment to creating an environment which is supportive to those impacted by domestic abuse. EIDA is recognised as promoting best practice, and I am thrilled that we are now in partnership with them.

We already have an effective team of domestic abuse champions who are trained to support and signpost those in need. Our next step in conjunction with EIDA, is to create a vision and road map which will enable Sellafield Ltd to be the best it can possibly be in supporting our employees and helping to break the cycle of domestic abuse

EIDA’s Strategic Partners are employers that take effective action on domestic abuse and are committed to driving positive change within their sectors. They also help to keep EIDA membership free and accessible for smaller organisations that may otherwise not have the resources to implement a workplace response to domestic abuse.
