An increasing number of employers are implementing domestic abuse responses to protect employees who are victim-survivors, and to respond to those who abuse.  As we start the New Year, EIDA’s membership has grown to over 2,000 employers, from global corporations to small local businesses. In this session, we will outline the key building blocks of an effective domestic abuse response, sharing best practice from our leading employer members. We will guide you through the resources on our new website so you can make the most out of your EIDA membership, and showcase our recent e-learning module for SMEs. This session will equip you to create, implement, and embed an effective domestic abuse response in your organisation, no matter where you are on your journey.
