Domestic abuse can have terrible impacts, including loss of life. Domestic abuse-related suicides are now higher than domestic abuse-related homicides, raising the question of how we can support and protect victim-survivors who may feel like they have no other way of escaping abuse. 

In this session, we will discuss how employers can support employees impacted by domestic abuse who may be at risk of suicide. We will share learnings from Domestic Homicide Reviews and insights from mental health responses in the workplace.
