• An increasing number of employers are implementing domestic abuse responses to protect employees who are victim-survivors, and to respond to those who abuse. As we start the New Year, EIDA’s membership has grown to over 2,000 employers, from global corporations to small local businesses. In this session, we will give you an overview of insights from our recent member survey, and explain how EIDA can support you to put in place the key building blocks of an effective domestic abuse response. We will guide you through the resources available on our new website so you can make the most of your EIDA membership, and show you our recently launched e-learning module for SMEs. Two EIDA members will join the discussion to share their learnings.

    This session will equip you with the resources to create, implement, and embed an effective domestic abuse response in your organisation, no matter where you are on your journey.
