Spanning from 25 November to 10 December, 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence is our opportunity as employers to focus on domestic abuse.

While we need to be aware of domestic abuse year-round, events and awareness-raising during the 16 Days of Activism can keep the issue front of mind among employees and start conversations around what can be done to tackle it in the workplace.

16 Days of Activism Against Gender Violence’, sometimes called 16 Days of Action Against Domestic Abuse, is a global campaign beginning with the International Day Against Violence Against Women on 25 November and ending on International Human Rights Day on 10 December.
