Rebecca Foran-Coutts
Rebecca is a Defence sector professional, an Open University scholar with a background in criminology and psychology, and an active Magistrate. She served for over a decade in the British Army, including operational deployments to Northern Ireland, Iraq, and Afghanistan. Drawing on her military, professional, and personal experience, Rebecca is committed to supporting organisations in creating safe, informed, and compassionate environments for those affected by domestic abuse.
Gemma Piggott
Gemma is UK Head of Corporate Sustainability at JLL, a leading professional services firm that specialises in real estate. Gemma is responsible for JLL UK’s corporate sustainability strategy, with a focus on the climate and nature emergency, championing a just and equal society, and delivering on JLL’s purpose to shape the future of real estate for a better world. Gemma is a trustee of the JLL UK Foundation, which aims to raise awareness and address barriers relating to socio-economic background within the real estate sector.
